Job summary

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from concept through delivery in Singapore. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure objectives are met with strong governance and execution.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Process Engineering.
• 15-20 years of experience in engineering design and project delivery environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
• Strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project execution planning, risk management and project controls.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects within budget and schedule requirements.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe and effective delivery of engineering projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality objectives are achieved.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, governance processes, project controls and change management frameworks.
• Provide leadership to multi-disciplinary project teams, driving collaboration, accountability and high-quality project outcomes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment on project objectives and expectations.
• Monitor project performance, risks and commercial outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Oversee the timely delivery of engineering designs, technical deliverables and project close-out activities while supporting continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
