Job summary

Kuehne + Nagel Singapore is seeking a Contract Logistics Customer Service Specialist based at our Pioneer Crescent Site. You will be the primary contact between the customer and warehouse operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and service levels are met.

With 3–5+ years in Customer Service, Contract Logistics or Warehouse Operations, you will manage orders end-to-end, communicate proactively, and drive continuous improvement in data quality and billing processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Contract Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience supporting Pharmaceutical customers is highly desired.
• Strong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience using ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience is advantageous).
• Strong communication skills in English. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries, requests, and operational issues.
• Manage customer orders from receipt through to warehouse execution, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment.
• Proactively communicate order status, inventory updates, and operational issues to customers.
• Prepare and manage operational documentation, including reports, invoices, and system transactions.
• Coordinate customer billing, ensuring supporting documentation is submitted accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies while escalating issues where required.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and data quality through continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements and agreed service level agreements.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, warehouse operations, transport teams, and customers.
