Job summary

Responsibilities

• Shipment Management: Create and complete shipment details in transport management systems, coordinate with stakeholders, and organize transport in line with customer obligations.
• Data Quality: Ensure high data accuracy for timely and reliable customer reporting.
• Documentation: Review and align shipping instructions, clarifying deviations and ensuring compliance with regulations and routing requirements.
• Cost & Revenue Control: Update costs/revenues promptly, maximize profit, and provide cost awareness to customer care locations.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize LCL shipments, monitor cargo status, and ensure accurate cost distribution.
• Claims & Disputes: Support resolution of claims and disputes in collaboration with customer care teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Analyze service delivery against SLAs, identify opportunities, and implement process improvements.
