Hisential in Singapore delivers premium personal health experiences with a hospitality-led approach. The Client Relations Executive will own end-to-end client relationships for a dedicated book of clients, guiding them from booking through clinic visits and ongoing care, ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.

You will coordinate appointments, follow up after services, and lead service recovery when needed, while protecting privacy and building long-term loyalty through repeat engagements.

Qualifications

• Two to five years hands-on experience in a customer service or client service role, preferably in hospitality or health clinic industry.
• Direct, proven experience in generating and growing repeat revenue from your client portfolio.
• Comfort handling private, sensitive personal health information.

Responsabilités

• Taking over the relationship after booking and guiding clients through what happens next.
• Coordinating appointments, confirmations and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Following up after service to gather feedback and keep the relationship warm for continued engagement.
• Handling service recovery with empathy and escalating when necessary.
• Maintaining detailed CRM records while protecting client privacy.
• Identify opportunities for repeat and additional services to drive loyalty and revenue.
