Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, Healthcare Administration or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and act as the primary point of contact before, during and after each visit.
• Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and remembering their preferences and needs.
• Welcome and assist clients and guests, ensuring a seamless and personalised experience.
• Coordinate appointments, client flow, room readiness and equipment scheduling to optimise operational efficiency.
• Support wellness intervention services by understanding treatment offerings, operational procedures and safety requirements.
• Explain screening programmes and wellness packages in a clear, professional and non-technical manner.
• Coordinate closely with doctors, therapists, health coaches and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth client journeys.
• Follow up on appointments, consultations, screening results and outstanding client requests.
• Promote and recommend suitable wellness programmes, packages and memberships based on client needs.
• Register clients accurately, maintain confidential records and process payments according to established procedures.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Maintain excellent front-of-house presentation standards, ensuring reception, lounge and retail areas remain welcoming and well-stocked.
• Support daily opening and closing operations, reporting and administrative duties.
• Adhere to company policies, SOPs, confidentiality requirements and data protection regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate actively in training and continuous service improvement initiatives.
