Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Director and Management Team.
Coordinate daily business operations and follow up on action items across different departments to ensure timely completion.
Prepare business reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes for management meetings.
Monitor project timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders on outstanding tasks.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
Handle confidential documents, company records, and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Arrange business travel, accommodation, transportation, and meeting schedules when required.
Liaise with government agencies, external vendors, landlords, and business partners regarding operational and administrative matters.
Assist in the preparation and submission of Employment Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals, cancellations, and related documentation.
Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews, preparing onboarding documents, and assisting with new employee orientation.
Coordinate procurement of office equipment, uniforms, operational supplies, and company assets.
Maintain proper documentation for contracts, invoices, licenses, insurance, and other corporate records.
Organize company meetings, employee engagement activities, and corporate events.
Track budgets and expenses for administrative and operational purchases.
Conduct research and gather information to support business planning and management decisions.
Perform any other duties or special projects assigned by Management.
Diploma or higher in any field — Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
Someone responsible, proactive, and able to perform under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint — you know the drill).
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Open to travel for business trips when needed.
