We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join our team at our Upper Paya Lebar North-East Region office on a full-time basis. This is a key administrative position that will provide essential support to one senior boss, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the real estate and property business. As Personal Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of support, managing calendars, correspondence, and administrative functions whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.

Handling confidential correspondence and communications on her behalf..
Providing comprehensive administrative support including organizing contracts, document preparation, filing and record management.
Maintaining organized filing systems and ensuring proper documentation and archiving of important records
Acting as a liaison between the boss and her clients.
Assist in solving work problems in complex situations.
Managing expense reports and processing invoices for commissions.
Undertaking ad hoc duties as required.
Proven experience working as a Personal Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external contacts. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.

Experience in the real estate and property sector is advantageous.
