Location: Tanjong Pagar, Singapore
Salary: Up to $4,500/month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 7:00pm (Flexibility to work overtime or on weekends when required)
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive in a fast-paced environment. This role offers exposure to investment-related projects, executive administration, stakeholder management, and lifestyle asset coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, visa applications, and banking-related administration.
Monitor and coordinate the progress of investment-related projects, ensuring timely follow-ups with stakeholders.
Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and business stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
Perform business translation and interpretation for meetings, documents, and business communications when required.
Support research, procurement, inventory tracking, and coordination of lifestyle assets such as fine wine, artwork, and luxury watches.
Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, presentation materials, and other business documents.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of professionalism.
Degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar role supporting senior management.
Experience working in management consulting, venture capital, private equity, investment firms, family offices, or multinational corporations will be an advantage.
Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
Professional, adaptable, resilient, and able to maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
