Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience handling outbound orders and shipment bookings.
- Ability to operate reach trucks or order pickers (MHE).
- Willing to work a 12-hour rotating roster.
- TradeNet permit declaration experience is advantageous; SAP or B2B exposure helpful.
Responsibilities
- Process outbound orders and coordinate daily shipment arrangements.
- Book shipments via email and online platforms.
- Prepare shipping documents, permits, and operational reports.
- Monitor emails and respond to customer requests promptly.
- Support inbound, inventory and warehouse activities as needed.
- Perform daily manpower and resource planning.
- Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers).
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing.
- Support Kaizen and lean improvement projects.
- Handle additional operational duties as required.
