Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is hiring a Material Handler Lead in Singapore to oversee hands-on warehouse operations, including operating MHE such as Reach Truck and Order Picker, and coordinating shipments.

The role combines operational leadership with documentation tasks, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced logistics environment. Candidates should have relevant logistics experience, be comfortable with 12-hour shifts, and hold or be willing to obtain required

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in logistics, warehousing or warehouse operations.
• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
• Experience operating MHE such as Reach Truck and/or Order Picker.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
• Comfortable handling both hands-on warehouse duties and administrative coordination.
• Able to multitask and manage changing operational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Process outbound orders and ensure shipments are prepared accurately and on time.
• Arrange shipments through email and online booking platforms.
• Perform online shipment bookings and follow up on shipment status.
• Support daily manpower and resource planning.
• Handle TradeNet permit declarations where required.
• Monitor and respond promptly to customers' emails, calls, requests and operational queries.
• Support inbound receiving and inventory activities.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain proper documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to fulfil operational requirements.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE), including Reach Truck and Order Picker.
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support company projects and other operational duties when required.

MATERIAL HANDLER LEAD / SENIOR WAREHOUSE OPERATOR

Location: Changi Alps, Singapore

Salary: basic + AWS

Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shift, 8.30am - 8.30pm

Work Pattern: 4 days work / 3 days rest, followed by 3 days work / 4 days rest

We are hiring a Material Handler Lead on behalf of our client, a global logistics and supply chain organisation.

This is a hands-on warehouse operations role suitable for an experienced warehouse or logistics professional who is comfortable operating MHE such as Reach Truck and Order Picker, while also handling shipment coordination and daily operational documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

• Comfortable working 12-hour shifts
• Experience operating MHE such as Reach Truck and/or Order Picker
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment
• Comfortable handling both hands-on warehouse duties and administrative coordination
• Able to respond efficiently to emails, calls and operational requests
• Able to multitask and manage changing operational priorities
• Knowledge of TradeNet permit declarations will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP and B2B IT systems/infrastructure will be an advantage
• Forklift Licence and Work-at-Height certification will be advantageous; candidates without these certifications may be required to undergo the relevant training.
