SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Warehouse Operations Assistant (Shipping & Permit Declaration) at Alps-Changi. You will process outbound orders, book shipments, and prepare shipping documents as part of daily logistics operations.

This permanent role offers a 12-hour day shift on a rotating roster, opportunities to work with SAP and TradeNet, and involvement in Kaizen and Lean initiatives. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years' warehouse experience and can operate reach trucks or

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Experience handling outbound orders and shipment bookings.
• Ability to operate reach trucks or order pickers (MHE).
• Willing to work a 12-hour rotating roster.
• TradeNet permit declaration experience is advantageous; SAP or B2B exposure helpful.

Responsibilities

• Book shipments via email and online platforms.
• Prepare shipping documents, permits, and operational reports.
• Monitor emails and respond to customer requests promptly.
• Support inbound, inventory and warehouse activities as needed.
• Perform daily manpower and resource planning.
• Operate warehouse equipment (reach trucks, order pickers).
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing.
• Support Kaizen and lean improvement projects.
• Handle additional operational duties as required.

Position : Warehouse Operations Assistant (Shipping & Permit Declaration)

Location : Alps-Changi

Working Hours : 12-hour day shift, 8.30am to 8.30pm. Shift Pattern: Work 4 days, rest 3 days / work 3 days, rest 4 days

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 basic with AWS + Variable bonus + Medical benefits + Dental

• Book shipments through email and online booking platforms.
• Prepare shipping documents, operational reports and permit declarations.
• Monitor operational emails and respond promptly to customer requests.
• Support inbound, inventory and warehouse activities when required.
• Perform daily manpower and resource planning.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as reach trucks and order pickers.
• Maintain accurate documentation and filing records.
• Support Kaizen, Lean and other operational improvement projects.
• Handle additional operational duties according to business requirements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics operations experience.
• Experience handling outbound orders and shipment bookings.
• Able to operate reach trucks, order pickers or other relevant MHE.
• Comfortable working a 12-hour rotating roster.
• TradeNet permit declaration experience is an advantage.
• SAP or B2B system exposure is an advantage.
• Relevant forklift and Work at Height certification is advantageous. Training may be provided if required.
