Qualifications

• 3-5 years of warehouse/logistics operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with inbound, outbound and inventory operations.
• Experience operating Reach Truck, Order Picker or other MHE.
• Able to work shifts and coordinate a small warehouse team.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS or B2B systems would be useful.
• TradeNet experience would be an advantage.
• Forklift certification is advantageous; training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Ensure goods are received, picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Process outbound orders and arrange shipment / courier bookings.
• Support daily manpower and work allocation.
• Operate Reach Truck, Order Picker or other MHE when required.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams on delivery and operational matters.
• Support inventory checking, stock movement and cycle counts.
• Handle basic warehouse documentation, emails and operational reports.
• Perform TradeNet permit declarations where required.
• Support Kaizen, Lean and process improvement activities.
• Guide and support warehouse team members in daily operations.
• Carry out other operational duties when required.

We are hiring on behalf of an established global logistics company for a Senior Warehouse Coordinator / Warehouse Team Lead to join its Singapore operations.

This is a hands-on warehouse role for someone who has experience in inbound/outbound operations, shipment coordination and MHE operation, and is ready to take on more responsibility within the team.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound warehouse activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating Reach Truck / Order Picker / MHE
• Able to work shifts
• Comfortable using computer systems, emails and shipment booking platforms
• Able to coordinate work and support a small warehouse team
• Responsible, hands‑on and able to work independently
• TradeNet experience would be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS or B2B systems would be useful
• Forklift / Work at Height certification is advantageous; training may be provided where required
