Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is hiring a warehouse operator to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking and shipping, with a focus on inventory accuracy.

Structured training will be provided, followed by monthly rotating 12-hour shifts. Candidates should have 1–2 years of warehouse experience, be physically fit, comfortable with a quality system, and able to use RF scanners and PDA devices.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse/receiving/shipping/inventory experience.
• Physically fit to perform warehouse duties.
• Able to operate hand/RF scanners and PDA devices.
• Able to work in a quality system environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations including material preparation, receiving, shipping, cycle counting, and inventory reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Support smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
• Operate and properly maintain company-provided warehouse equipment.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the warehouse to ensure a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Comply with company procedures, quality standards, and warehouse safety requirements.
• Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team.
