Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a capable Maintenance Supervisor to plan and supervise M&E system maintenance, repair and improvement works at our Bukit Batok site in Singapore. You will conduct inspections, troubleshoot faults and manage CAPEX replacement to improve reliability and efficiency.

The role requires a Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and strong people management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferably with experience in real estate developer, retail industry or M&E contractors.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of building equipment and components.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot building system and equipment.
• Strong communication and people management skills with ability to lead, guide and coach team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise maintenance, repair and improvement works for building M&E systems.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely closure of faults/service requests.
• Manage CAPEX replacement and upgrading works to improve system reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance works comply with regulatory, safety, environmental and contractual requirements.
• Support annual OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, control expenditure and verify contractor payments.
• Prepare tender specifications, evaluate quotations/tenders and monitor vendor performance.
• Coordinate tenant fit-out, A&A and reconfiguration works to ensure compliance with building and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with consultants, tenants, contractors and internal teams on building works.
• Supervise and lead a team of technicians and outsourced service providers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Working Hours: Mon to Thurs 8.30 to 6pm, Friday 8.30 to 5.30pm

Salary: Up to $5000 + VB
