Job summary

Technihub IEA Solutions in Singapore seeks a performance marketing specialist to plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok. You will own the full funnel—from audience strategy to conversion tracking—and continuously improve performance through testing and data-driven decisions.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta and Google ads, plus familiarity with LinkedIn and TikTok campaigns, attribution and funnel analytics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Proven results on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with working experience on LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with lead generation and e-commerce or conversion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of attribution, tracking setup and funnel analytics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Own the full funnel: audience strategy, creative testing, landing page recommendations, retargeting and conversion tracking.
• Set up and audit tracking with GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, LinkedIn Insight Tag and TikTok Pixel.
• Manage budgets and bids across multiple client accounts with targets for ROAS, CPA and CPL.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences and placements; scale what works.
• Brief design and content team on ad creatives based on performance data.
• Build weekly and monthly client reports explaining results and next steps.
