Job summary

Lumilens is seeking a Human Resource Intern in Singapore to support the People team with general and university recruiting and HR operations. The role offers a hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, with an internship commitment of at least 6 months.

The successful candidate will be organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced startup environment and collaborating with hiring managers and HR colleagues.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in recruiting, university hiring, and HR operations.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support general recruiting activities, including sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews.
• Assist with university recruiting programs, campus outreach, and internship hiring.
• Coordinate interview logistics and candidate communications for a professional experience.
• Support onboarding and new-hire documentation, and first-day logistics.
• Maintain accurate HR records, trackers, and reports with confidentiality.
• Assist with HR operations such as policy administration and benefits coordination.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and People team to keep HR workflows organized.
