RTX Singapore is seeking an HR operations professional to coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) and new leader integration, ensuring timely initiation and proper documentation. You will support HR Partners, Managers, and Employee Relations in delivering services and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include coordinating PIP activities, leader integration, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement through reporting and process enhancements.

Responsabilidades

• Performance Improvement Plan Coordination: manage operational coordination of PIP cases initiated through approved HR processes and channels, validate completeness of requests and required documentation, coordinate with managers and HR Partners to support timely initiation and administration of PIP activities.
• New Leader Integration Program Delivery: manage New Leader Integration requests via ServiceNow, guide leaders through the toolkit and options, provide coaching on materials, coordinate pulse surveys and analyze responses, prepare feedback summaries and integration meetings.
• HR Stakeholder Coordination: act as operational point of contact for managers and HR stakeholders, provide process guidance and status updates, coordinate handoffs and maintain relationships.
• Service Delivery, Reporting & Continuous Improvement: maintain trackers and dashboards, monitor SLAs, identify workflow improvements, develop knowledge articles, and support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
