Job summary

OFFER & SAVE SUPERSTORE is seeking a capable administrator/manager to set performance goals aligned with company vision and to organize workflows for staff efficiency. You will monitor productivity, train personnel, and ensure record-keeping and policy enforcement across the workforce.

The role involves bridging management and staff, resolving employee issues, and ensuring legal and corporate compliance while leading disciplinary actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Ability to set clear performance goals and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience in staff training and enforcing company policies.

Responsibilities

• Set clear performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them effectively to staff.
• Organize workflow to ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Receive employee complaints and resolve problems to maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for effective workforce management.
• Facilitate communication by passing information between upper management and employees.
• Hire and train new employees to build a competent workforce.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company policies and procedures, and undertake disciplinary actions when necessary.
