Job summary

OFFER & SAVE DEPARTMENT STORE in Singapore is seeking a human resources supervisor who will set performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company vision. You will coordinate workflows, monitor productivity, and communicate between management and staff to ensure smooth operations.

You will train staff, enforce policies, maintain timekeeping and personnel records, and handle employee issues to sustain a positive work environment and effective workforce management in a busy retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Set clear performance goals and deadlines aligned with the company’s plans and vision, and communicate them effectively to staffs
• Organize workflow to ensure employees understand their duties and delegated tasks
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance
• Receive employee complaints and resolve problems to maintain a positive work environment
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and personnel records for effective workforce management
• Facilitate communication by passing information between upper management and employees
• Train new employees to build a competent workforce
