Job summary

You will blend software engineering, AI development, and HR domain knowledge to deliver intelligent applications and automations that improve employee experiences and drive workforce transformation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, experienced with AI Assisted Development Platforms, and capable of building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, AI, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of software development or solution engineering experience.
• 3+ years developing AI, machine learning, generative AI, or intelligent automation solutions.
• Advanced experience with AI coding tools, Python, APIs and enterprise integration development, Large Language Models, and agentic AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered products and workflows.
• Utilize AI Assisted Development Tools to accelerate software development and deployment.
• Develop reusable frameworks, services, and components for scalable AI adoption across the People Organization.
• Design and build AI agents capable of making business-context-aware decisions across enterprise systems.
• Develop multi-agent systems that coordinate work across functions and platforms.
• Implement agent orchestration, memory, tool integration, and workflow management capabilities.
