Job summary

VERMINATOR PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking an HR Officer to administer monthly payroll, CPF/IRAS submissions, staff data in Whyze, and recruitment activities. The role also covers attendance, leave, and handling HR documentation.

The successful candidate will manage performance appraisals, employee relations, training coordination, and HR reporting to management and authorities, while maintaining a caring, professional culture aligned with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or related discipline required.
• 2-3 years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Good knowledge of local employment regulations.
• Experience with WHYZE or similar payroll software preferred.
• Excellent communication skills across all staff levels.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling 150+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process monthly payroll and salary advances.
• Perform CPF & IRAS submissions and NS claims.
• Maintain staff data in the HR system (Whyze) and handle leave matters.
• Handle work passes, MOM requirements, and related inquiries.
• Conduct recruitment activities including interviewing candidates.
• Provide HR reports to Management and government authorities when needed.
