Job summary

VERMINATOR PTE LTD is seeking an HR Generalist with payroll expertise in Singapore. You will administer monthly payroll, CPF & IRAS submissions, maintain staff records in Whyze, handle work passes, and oversee recruitment and HR reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will support performance appraisals, leave management, training coordination, and employee relations within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or related discipline.
• Good knowledge of WHYZE or other payroll software.
• 2–3 years hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Awareness of local employment regulations.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication across all staff levels.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Self-starter capable of leading new initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience handling 150+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process monthly payroll and salary advances.
• Perform CPF & IRAS submissions and NS claims.
• Maintain staff data in HR system (Whyze).
• Handle FW work passes and MOM inquiries.
• Oversee recruitment: screening and interviewing.
• Provide HR reports to management and authorities as needed.
• Process employment contracts, confirmations, promotions, terminations.
• Coordinate performance appraisals with supervisors.
• Address employment relations issues and welfare.
• Oversee company social activities and induction training.
• Arrange staff training registrations; apply for training grants.
• Collaborate with departments to align with vision and objectives.
• Administer leave and related matters.
• Support HR surveys and maintain caring culture.
