Job summary

Mighty Jaxx International Pte. Ltd. invites a People Intern to support our People team across operations, policies, and employee experience. You will assist with onboarding, policy research, and internal communications while learning how HR processes run in a dynamic SME.

You will participate in candidate experience tasks, internship recruitment, and help craft training content and internal self-help tools. A minimum 3-month commitment is expected, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Keen interest in people, policies and how they play out in an SME company.
• Adaptability - you would likely be working on multiple projects with different People team members, a willingness to embrace the variety of work would be crucial
• Able to commit for a minimum internship period of 3 months
• Candidates with a specialisation in Human Resource or related diploma / degree preferred, but not necessary

Responsibilities

• Ownership of internship programme operations including onboarding/offboarding emails.
• Identify and on-board new vendors for internal corporate discounts.
• Support research and revamp of HR policies to ensure relevance globally.
• Assist in internal communications of People policies and initiatives.
• Support internal engagement events and learning sessions.
• Craft and structure content for internal training sessions.
• Develop internal employee self-help tools for common People policy questions.
• Assist in recruitment operations including scheduling tasks, posting roles on job boards, communicating with candidates and hiring teams, and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Assist in Mighty Jaxx’s internship recruitment across the organisation.
