• Create employee profiles in SuccessFactors and help ensure new joiners have a seamless start with the company.
• Support various tasks in the employee journey—from onboarding to offboarding—while ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Draft and issue key HR documents including Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Moves, Contract Renewals, and more.
• Assist with applications, renewals, cancellations, and replacements for employee work passes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enhance and automate workflows that improve the overall employee experience.
• Participate in digitalization initiatives to refine and streamline HR processes.
• Help develop HR operations reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
• Provide timely assistance to People Partners and other departments on HR-related matters.
• Tackle various day-to-day HR tasks and contribute to the smooth running of People Operations.
