Job summary

SINGAPORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED is seeking an HR Operations intern to support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. You will help draft key HR documents and maintain employee records using SuccessFactors.

You will also assist with work passes, collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate workflows, and contribute to HR process digitalization and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience with implementing full employee lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with HR policies, records, and compliance basics.
• Ability to draft clear HR documents and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Create employee profiles in SuccessFactors and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Support onboarding to offboarding tasks while complying with regulations and policies.
• Draft and issue Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotions, and Renewals.
• Assist with work passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and replacements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate HR workflows.
• Participate in HR digitalization initiatives and develop dashboards.
• Provide timely assistance to People Partners and other departments on HR matters.
• Handle day-to-day HR tasks to support People Operations.
