Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR administrator to manage confidential employee records, payroll-related compliance and HR documentation. The role also supports recruitment activities and coordinates training and events.

The successful candidate will oversee work-pass processes, prepare contracts and letters, and work closely with the HR Manager and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR Management (minimum)
• Minimum 3 years of Human Resource Management experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including leave and personnel documentation.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.
• Verify attendance and overtime records for payroll processing.
• Coordinate employee confirmations, performance appraisals and HR documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, promotion letters and other HR correspondence.
• Support recruitment activities and liaise with employment agencies and external vendors.
• Prepare monthly and ad hoc HR reports for management.
• Coordinate employee training, company events and staff welfare activities.
• Provide HR and administrative support to the HR Manager and other departments.
