Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to maintain confidential employee records, handle work pass processes, coordinate recruitment with external agencies, and support payroll accuracy.

You will manage confirmations and salary increments, prepare HR letters, and ensure timely appraisals, with a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, at our Tuas location.

Qualifications

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records.
• Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations, and prepare HR letters such as contracts, confirmations, increments, and promotions.
• Coordinate recruitment activities by liaising with external vendors and employment agencies.
• Monitor employee confirmation timelines and ensure timely performance appraisals by supervisors.
• Verify TMS reports and overtime requisitions to support payroll processing.
