OSG Global Pte Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR leader to supervise the HR team across Singapore and overseas operations. The role involves establishing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing guidance to Management and department heads.
Responsibilities include managing payroll controls, HRMS administration, performance management, OKR processes, employee development, and staff engagement initiatives, with a focus on confidentiality and data accuracy.
Lead and supervise the HR team across Singapore and overseas operations.
Establish, review and maintain HR policies, procedures and employee guidelines.
Ensure HR practices comply with applicable employment regulations and company policies.
Provide HR advice and guidance to Management and department heads.
Maintain appropriate confidentiality and access controls for employee and payroll information.
Manage HR matters relating to managers and senior employees.
Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance-related issues.
Advise managers on employee performance, development and manpower matters.
Support salary reviews, promotions, increments and organisational changes.
Manage the company's performance appraisal framework.
Establish appraisal timelines and ensure managers complete reviews on schedule.
Review employee performance outcomes with department heads and Management.
Coordinate performance improvement plans where required.
Coordinate the annual and periodic OKR process.
Review department and employee training plans.
Work with department heads to identify employee development requirements.
Monitor training completion and development progress.
Support succession and talent-development planning.
Review Singapore staff and management payroll prepared by the HR team.
Review salary adjustments, allowances, bonuses and employee benefits.
Maintain appropriate payroll controls and confidentiality.
Coordinate with Finance and Management for payroll approval.
Act as the main HR administrator for the company's HRMS, including Infotech.
Manage HRMS settings, employee categories, leave policies, workflows, appraisal settings and access rights.
Review and approve major changes to payroll and HR system configurations.
Ensure HR records in the system remain accurate.
Oversee employee engagement initiatives.
Lead or supervise company team bonding activities, staff welfare programmes and CSR activities.
Support company-wide communication and organisational culture initiatives.
Prepare periodic HR reports for Management.
Monitor headcount, turnover, recruitment, leave, training, payroll and performance indicators.
Develop HR improvement initiatives based on workforce data.
