Job summary

1 Group in Singapore is seeking a proactive Human Resource Executive to support the HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and HR processes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive work environment, handling payroll, records, and HR analytics.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or degree in HR or related discipline, with prior HR experience, strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Previous experience as an HR Executive or HR Administrator preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software applications.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, proactive, and capable of handling confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Support employee relations by addressing queries, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HR databases accurately.
• Assist in payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
• Support performance management, training, and development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and provide insights on HR metrics.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR projects as required.
• Ensure adherence to employment regulations, company policies, and SOPs.
