AspenTech is seeking a People Experience Partner to be the on-site HR presence at our Singapore location, delivering impactful HR and orchestrating the employee lifecycle moments that matter.

You will support people managers and employees across HR processes, resolving issues and guiding programs that align with business objectives. This is a global, fast-paced environment that values collaboration and coaching.

Formación

• 8+ years of Human Resources experience, with focus on employee relations and People Manager support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a global, matrixed organization.
• Legal authorization to work in Singapore.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee and manager relations matters; mediate and resolve complex workplace issues.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local leaders and People Managers; lead HR communications and programs.
• Lead critical employee lifecycle moments to boost engagement; analyze feedback and address trends.
• Coach managers on performance and development; enable effective management practices and outcomes.
• Lead and support local safety, ethics, and compliance initiatives; ensure policy adherence and training.
