Job summary

AspenTech PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a People Experience Partner to serve as the on-site HR presence, delivering impactful HR programs and guiding the employee lifecycle moments that matter most. You will coach managers, resolve issues, and support policies aligned with business objectives.

You’ll collaborate with HR colleagues across functions, drive engagement initiatives, and ensure compliant, people-first processes that enable site success and strong people leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience with emphasis on employee relations and people manager support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
• Legal authorization to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Employee Relations: Serve as primary contact for employee and manager relations matters.
• People Manager Enablement: Build relationships with local leaders and managers; lead communication initiatives.
• Employee Lifecycle Moments: Manage key lifecycle moments; analyze feedback; support local events and immigration processes.
• Performance Management: Support teams through PM processes and coach managers.
• Ethics, Safety, and Compliance: Lead investigations, ensure policy adherence, support safety initiatives.
• HR Service Delivery & Collaboration: Deliver integrated HR impact; connect on-site HR with global programs.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
