Job summary

Aspen Technology is seeking a People Experience Partner to serve as the trusted, on-site HR presence in Singapore. You will deliver impactful HR programs and orchestrate key employee lifecycle moments that matter most, supporting people managers and employees to align with business goals.

You will build relationships across levels and cultures, coach others, and navigate ambiguity with independent judgment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years HR experience, with focus on employee relations and People Manager support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee and manager relations matters.
• Mediate and resolve complex workplace issues, collaborating with Legal when needed.
• Cultivate strong relationships with local leaders and people managers; lead communication initiatives.
• Lead critical employee lifecycle moments to enhance engagement.
• Coach managers on addressing performance and development; support PM effectiveness.
• Lead investigations with confidentiality; ensure adherence to HR policies and safety requirements.
• Collaborate across HR to deliver integrated HR impact and participate in global initiatives.
