Job summary

Singapore Island Country Club, The is seeking an organised HR professional to support learning, employee experience and service quality across the Club. You will coordinate development programmes, conduct orientation and service training, and help create positive experiences for employees and Members.

Responsibilities include scheduling training, registrations and attendance, preparing reports and dashboards, liaising with trainers, vendors and internal stakeholders, and supporting engagement

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in HR/related disciplines.
• 2-5 years of relevant HR/training/co-ordination experience.
• Experience in training, orientation or service briefings is a plus.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning and development programmes (schedules, registrations, attendance, records, feedback).
• Conduct new hire orientation and service-related training sessions.
• Support leadership development and capability-building initiatives.
• Assist employee engagement, wellness, recognition and culture-building activities.
• Support employee surveys, focus groups and action tracking.
• Coordinate service quality initiatives, internal audits and feedback actions.
• Prepare communications, reports, dashboards and presentation materials.
• Liaise with trainers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
