Job summary

NCS is a leading AI Tech Services company in Asia Pacific, offering hands-on internship exposure in People Experience. As a Lifecycle Experience Intern, you will support onboarding, offboarding and employee lifecycle initiatives, while collaborating with partners and leadership to drive people-centric programs.

You will gain experience in content creation, data analysis and programme evaluation, helping to shape workplace culture and internal communications across platforms.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing studies in HR, Business, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organisation and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and executing PX initiatives across the employee lifecycle such as onboarding, offboarding and other moments that matter.
• Collaborate with people partners, leadership teams, and stakeholders to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure smooth programme execution.
• Develop inspiring and informative internal communications for employee community platforms and knowledge hubs.
• Analyze market trends, survey data and employee feedback to uncover insights for evolving people programmes.
• Track and report programme progress to support continuous improvements and strategy refinement.
• Support onboarding processes to enrich the experience of new hires.
