Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Events Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with digital communication and design tools is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, promotion and implementation of employee engagement and staff wellbeing programmes.
• Develop proposals and concepts for internal events with objectives, budgets, timelines and plans.
• Manage internal events end-to-end: pre-event planning, vendor liaison, logistics, on-site execution and follow-up.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of activities.
• Create and coordinate promotional materials for staff programmes and events.
• Support staff enquiries and feedback via the wellbeing mailbox and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Assist administration and delivery of staff wellbeing initiatives, including procurement and record keeping.
• Support management and enhancement of staff facilities and recreational amenities such as Staff Lounge and Staff Gym.
• Provide administrative support for Employee Engagement and related process/work improvement projects.
