Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated HR Operations Assistant to support day-to-day HR activities in Singapore. You will handle employee records, onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

You will coordinate recruitment, assist with payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and HR reporting. The role requires teamwork with multiple stakeholders and a disciplined, confidentiality-minded approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in HR operations or HR administration is preferred.
• Familiar with HRIS or HR software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee records management, onboarding, offboarding, and documentation.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, interview arrangements and new employee onboarding.
• Assist with administration of HR policies, procedures and employee-related matters.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure documentation complies with policies and regulations.
• Support payroll coordination, leave administration and attendance tracking.
• Assist in preparation of HR reports and headcount updates.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Provide admin support for employee engagement activities and other HR functions.
