Job summary

Elliott Scott HR is partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Learning, Talent and Development Consultant in Singapore. This role focuses on Learning & Development, talent initiatives, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement and organisational culture.

The successful candidate will design and deliver learning programmes, partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on talent and culture initiatives, support succession planning and coordinate learning vendors and content.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of talent development, succession planning and organisational culture.
• Experience designing and coordinating learning programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities
