Job summary

The National Arts Council is seeking a Senior Manager/Manager (People & Culture – People Policy) to design, implement, and administer HR programmes that attract, retain, and motivate talent. You will lead end-to-end performance appraisal processes, ensure alignment with organisational objectives, and support a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of payroll principles and compensation management.
• Familiarity with statutory requirements under IRAS and Employment Act.
• Experience with HR information systems and payroll platforms is advantageous.
