Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
• Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of people analytics solutions addressing business and workforce challenges.
• Translate workforce data into clear insights for senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Deliver deep-dive analysis on headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, diversity, organizational health, and productivity.
• Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modelling and forecasting.
• Own executive dashboards and scalable scorecards using HR tech platforms.
