Job summary

Enggsol Pte Ltd seeks a senior leader to build workforce intelligence and data strategy across the organization. You will partner with HR, business managers, HR technology, and enterprise stakeholders to translate workforce data into strategic business value.

This role leads the people data strategy and governance across employee and organisational data. You will drive data quality, master data management, and data stewardship while delivering dashboards, predictive insights and governance

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning or enterprise analytics.
• Strong knowledge of HR data models, SuccessFactors, and HR reporting environments.
• Experience turning analytics into executive-level business insights.

Responsibilities

• Deliver workforce intelligence insights on composition, talent and costs.
• Define and implement HR data strategy and governance framework.
• Lead data quality improvements and master data management.
• Partner with HR and leadership to drive data-driven decision making.
