Job summary

Avnet in Singapore is seeking a results-driven HR analytics professional to drive digital transformation through analytics, automation, and AI. You will partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to develop workforce insights and optimize HR processes.

You will build dashboards, analyze workforce data, implement AI-powered solutions, and ensure data governance. Proficiency with Workday or other HRIS, Power BI, SQL, and the Microsoft Power Platform is required.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of HR technology or analytics experience.
Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and workforce reporting solutions.
Analyze workforce data to provide insights on headcount, attrition, hiring, and HR operations.
Design and implement AI and automation solutions to improve HR service delivery and efficiency.
Leverage Workday or other HRIS to consolidate data into actionable insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation across HR functions.
Create reports and recommendations for leadership.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics and AI solutions.
Deliver impactful HR analytics dashboards and workforce insights.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation within HR operations.
