Job summary

Dyson seeks a senior Partner - People Data Analytics to transform people data into actionable insights for workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, and employee experience. You will combine advanced analytics, visualization, and workforce intelligence to develop frameworks, dashboards, predictive insights, and reports that inform executive decisions.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Data Analytics.
Experience with enterprise HR systems.

Responsibilities

Lead design and delivery of people analytics solutions addressing business challenges.
Translate workforce data into insights for senior leaders and HR stakeholders.
Deliver deep-dive analysis across headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, diversity and inclusion, and productivity.
Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modelling, forecasting, and investment analysis.
Partner with Organization Development teams on workforce design, restructuring and transformation initiatives.
Own and improve executive dashboards and scalable scorecards using Workday, Power BI and other HR platforms.
Strengthen data governance across people data sources including privacy and security.
Drive automation and AI-enabled analytics to increase impact of People Analytics.
