• Define and execute BI & Analytics strategy and operating model.
• Lead enterprise reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities.
• Govern KPI definitions, performance measurement, and reporting standards.
• Partner with executives to drive data-driven decision making across functions.
• Build and develop a high-performing global BI & Analytics team.
