Job summary

Ministry of Defence of Singapore is seeking a senior leader to drive data management and governance for enterprise HR information across MINDEF/SAF. You will ensure HR data is accurate, trusted, and secure to support HR operations and decision-making as MINDEF/SAF transitions to its next-generation HR platform.

You will lead governance, quality, and reporting across HR data, work with business and technical teams, and guide the programme management function to ensure continuous delivery of HR

Qualifications

• Education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering or related field preferred.
• At least 6 years experience in data management and governance, analytics, or IT service management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to translate complex data issues into practical solutions.
• Ability to establish governance and controls across enterprise data and programme management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in establishing data standards, governance, and improving enterprise HR data quality.
• Oversee enterprise HR data governance, data quality, reporting, system interfaces and information management.
• Support HCM SaaS implementation by defining data requirements and supporting migrations.
• Collaborate with business users, HR professionals, technical teams and partners to deliver data solutions.
• Oversee programme management including vendor management, system enhancements and service governance.
