Job summary

TRIANGLE AUTO PTE LTD is seeking a capable operations leader to oversee stockyard and truck delivery processes, ensuring efficient aftersales service and customer satisfaction.

You will guide a small team, coordinate with body builders and the workshop, and maintain accurate PDI records. Strong English communication and at least 3 years in logistics are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics/operations management.
• Knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, or Tamil) to enhance communication with a diverse customer base.
• Nitec certification or higher is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to contractors and drivers to optimize operational workflow and meet delivery schedules.
• Organize and prepare the stockyard to efficiently receive new truck shipments and manage outbound truck movements.
• Coordinate with body builders to collect completed work and ensure quality control standards are met.
• Schedule and oversee Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) quality checks conducted by the workshop to maintain vehicle standards.
• Process and manage PDI documentation accurately to support compliance and operational tracking.
• Update and monitor new truck movement records to maintain accurate inventory and delivery status.
• Manage charging and discharging operations of JAC trucks to support logistics efficiency.
• Oversee delivery of new trucks to customers, ensuring timely and professional service.
• Lead and supervise a team of five or more staff, fostering professionalism, integrity, and independent work ethic.
• Communicate effectively in English to coordinate with internal teams and customers.
