Qualifications

• 2–4 years of payroll experience in multi-client or outsourced environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling payroll queries, client relationships, and service delivery timelines.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing for outsourced clients.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll queries and client support.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and submission deadlines.
• Support onboarding of new clients, payroll transitions, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and guide junior team members.
