Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support regional payroll operations across APAC, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and regulatory compliance. You will analyse payroll data, partner with internal stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement across multiple markets.

In this fast-paced role, you will work on system enhancements, project initiatives, and payroll documentation, delivering a seamless employee experience while upholding controls and best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven payroll experience supporting multiple countries within the APAC region.
• Strong understanding of payroll controls, compliance requirements, and payroll best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll activities across multiple markets, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
• Analyse payroll data and reporting to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to resolve payroll-related issues and enhance service delivery.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, focusing on efficiency, controls, standardisation, and automation.
• Support payroll projects, system enhancements, and regional implementations.
• Ensure payroll practices remain aligned with local legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with audit requirements, compliance reviews, and risk management activities.
• Prepare and maintain payroll documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Contribute to the delivery of a seamless employee experience through accurate and efficient payroll operations.
