Job summary

Persol Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage the full payroll cycle for 300–500 employees in Tampines North, Singapore. This 1-year contract offers potential renewal based on performance and business needs.

You will handle monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and payroll-related reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. A Diploma in HRM or related field is required, and proficiency in Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HRM or Business Administration is required.
• Experience in payroll with high volumes is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
• Team player capable of working independently when required.
• Willing to work overtime during peak payroll periods, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle full payroll cycle for 300–500 employees.
• Process monthly payroll including overtime, allowances, leave, expenses and deductions.
• Submit government and statutory claims for payroll.
• Prepare overpayment recovery letters and manage payroll recovery.
• Prepare payroll journals, reports, accruals and cost allocations for Finance.
• Distribute electronic payslips to employees and handle tax clearance submissions.
• Support HR/payroll projects and respond to employee payroll enquiries.
