Job summary

BreadTalk Group in Singapore is seeking a Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submissions in line with local regulations. Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience handling high-volume payroll transactions in Retail/F&B or fast-paced environments.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Employment Act, CPF & Income Tax legislation.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP SuccessFactors and BIPO experience advantageous.
• Experience overseeing system migrations and implementing system changes.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and drive projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and payroll operations for accuracy, efficiency and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for payroll queries, collaborating with vendors and HRBPs.
• Submit statutory payments such as CPF, IR8A, IR21, NS Claims, and government leaves.
• Provide payroll reports to internal stakeholders (Finance, HRBP).
• Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency enhancements.
• Support HR/payroll projects and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
