Job summary

Tempserv Pte Ltd is seeking a payroll trainee/analyst to verify and process over 500 monthly payroll items, including proration for hires and resignations, CPF submissions, taxation, and other payroll duties.

You will coordinate with HR partners to input pay elements, resolve issues, and identify data discrepancies while maintaining secure archival records for audits. Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification; fresh degree graduates welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate+).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills; meticulous with an inquiring mind.
• Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process 500+ monthly payroll transactions, including pro-ration for new hires/resignees, CPF submissions, taxation and other payroll matters.
• Coordinate with HR business partners on pay element inputs and issue resolution.
• Identify and report payroll data discrepancies.
• Maintain secure archival of payroll files for audits.
• Analyze and recommend process improvements for payroll efficiency and accuracy.
